Unprofessional bunch of hooligans

I wanted assisted for my claim 2 months back and till today I am not yet assisted, I can get hold of finrite anymore since apparently our claim are now handled by adminplus. Who is suppose to Assisi with our claims since the contact details given to contact admin plus does not work, they not even responding to emails. You guys are really taking me for a ride now
