Unprofessional behaviour

<p>I just had the worst service tonight. A call center agent (female) just helped me in the most unprofessional and unfriendly way possible. I know its late and they are tired but this is unacceptable. Yet the worst part is I called again bcz my problem was not fixed,but my calls were being rejected and put on hold til I hang up. twice. 1st time the agent(female) while in a conversation, sees the call and exclaims '' yoh'' and puts me on hold til I hang up. the 2nd time, almost the same. So the network has problems and this is how we are treated when we call to get it fixed? unacceptable. I called between 22h30 and 22h44. 3 times. Hopefully this is even a concern for you</p>
