Unprofessional behaviour

Telkom made me wait for weeks after applying for an ADSL line to be installed in my house in Faerie Glen. Yesterday the date i was given for installation came, nobody came to my house. I called Telkom around 15:30 for a follow up, i was told the technician should have come to my house, i was given his number and name by Telkom. The name is Evans and number ***. I called him, he gave me some lame story and telling me i must go buy a modem. I told him i dont know what he is talking about. He then said he would come to my house at 08:00 the next day. Today I call him at 08:10, he says he is on his way. at 09:30 i call him again, he tells me i must stop calling him, I told him i will report him, he says i must go on an do it. This guy must be fired.
