Unprofessional and unhelpful call center agents

The call center agent at the retentions department need proper training. I called at about 11.50am on 30 May 2026to cancel a contract and I was transferred to the switchboard and when I got through to Linda Bhengu who was the most unhelpful and filled with arrogance and attitude, he kept trying to send me to the switchboard again. Please hire people who actually take their jobs seriously. I want to thank Vijoline Jullies who helped me, hire more people like her and not lazy people like Linda Bhengu
