Unprofessional and ********* Telkom

Telkom is has been debiting my bank account since last year November. yet I don't have contract with it. Telkom agents keep me holding on long on phone, or hang up on me while I am explaining my problem or ask me to hold and transfer me to a line with no answer. The 14 day investigation period has long passed and there is no body reverting back to me about conclusion of the investigation. So I am ****med by tsotsis and telkom.
