Unprofessional and unconcerned Service.

Telkom very, very bad service. They cut a senior citizen's line without her permission and now the poor lady has no means of communication. I called them and they just casually said she must reapply for a new telephone line. A number she had for years must now be changed. They dont even have proof of a cancelation request. This is disgusting they way they treat their clients.
