Unprofessional and Pathetic Telkom Service

Telkom debiting my account even after I have made payments and there is no arrears on my account. This is so unprofessional from a big company like Telkom that they can't keep track of their customers payments. I am changing networks as this is pathetic service and getting charged bank fees for a returned debit order that should not even be going off in the first place.
