Unprofessional and *********** Telkom

Initially when I went to inquire about my settlement amount I was advised that it is R5393.53 which I have made means to pay off. I was never told about any other amount that is outstanding. I contacted Telkom 6 times and I have a reference of ********** 3. I was advised that the account was settled and that I have a refund of R400.00. I requested for a settlement letter and in me doing so I was contacted by Zinhle from Debt in advising me of an amount or R6000.00 which I disputed she then advised me that I can pay R876.44 for me to get a settlement letter. Today I was email by Jaco Strydom telling me about an amount of R4209.52, where does it come from? and why was I not advised of this amount when I called Telkom and when Debt in contacted me. I was given an amount that I should settle and according to my knowledge and according to what Telkom has advised me the account has been paid off. I find all of this unprofessional and *********** as I have paid the amount that Telkom and Debt in advised me to pay.
