Unprofessional and ***********

As long as they take your money they have no worries.

My account went into arreas, rightfully I don't mind them taking their money when money comes into my account but fact of the matter is I paid up before I deposited cash into my account so why be so unprofessional as to take too much and not return the excess amount on top of it in this National Lockdown period.

Everytime I call dispite the long wait, they tell me your case had been handed over to collections we are waiting,kindly call back tomorrow. *** this...

And they don't even have a proper email to log this thing.

I wont be renewing any of my contracts with telkom due to this.
