<p>For as long as I have this contract with telkom </p> <p>I have never rested and actually enjoyed the services they offer I logged in a case (# ********** 2)</p> <p>Only thing they good at is reminding clients ,how they are behind with payments and just over charging I spoke to one of the agents at billing department (she was friendly)only thing that I find unpleasant with is she promised that I'd be getting a call because she escalated the case to a different department that was last week Monday if I'm not mistaken on the 24 of March 17 telkom took funds out my account ,without even resolving the case they were supposed to take R294 off from the amount they actually took ..I phoned in spoke to Deneo and asked her to advise as I was thinking of reversing the debit she advised that it won't be the best option telkom with credit the R 294 back in my account since last week Monday till this Monday I've been waiting for them to call and resolve the matter ,they just take money and never get back to people"money is all they care about"</p> <p>And they give pathetic service to clients</p> <p> </p> <p>I want my money back </p> <p> </p> <p>Please ADVISE !!!</p> <p>People must always expose you to be heard </p> <p> </p> <p>Such a waste !!and I'm even trying to call now no one is picking up MyGOSH</p>

I'm very upset with telkom ,coz clearly they don't give a **** with people ,who is actually putting food on their table ,,I phoned now and spoke to Yonela she said the last time the case was updated or went over through is on the 22 of March 17...this clearly indicates you taking people for fools because now recently you sent me a reply here on hello Peter ,pretending as if you can ,fooling people who is reading these kinda things before they take contacts,,you lying and say you request urgent assistance whereas you didn't do Jack !!!!
