Unprofessional and appalling service - Telkom mobile East rand mall

I was due for an upgrade in November and Telkom had a black friday special for iphone13 for R399 for 36month on flexon 2. I went to the Telkom mobile store at East rand mall to do my upgrade. When i was there i was told that there was no stock already after the promotion was just a week in nonetheless i told the consultant to go ahead and order the phone. He did order the phone and it is now 8 weeks and the phone has not arrived. When i go check on how far the order is there no time give on when the phone will arrive and how how it is also there is no updates provided while i have been waiting. I have been to the store 3 times to check since the order and there is no constructive feedback back. What shocked me when i went 1st week of Jan the consultant tried to convince me to take out a contract for a similar phone at a different store and i refused as i specifically want the contract they had offered. Another thing that does not make sense i that they have new pamphlet with new deals for the same iphone 13 that they claim they dont have stock for and that is off because how is it that you claim you dont have stock but still advertise new deal for the same device. This is really unprofessional and appalling for such a big branch. It's almost as if they are just waiting for me to cancell the order
