Unprofessional and abusive behaviour by a Telkom store consultant

I'm a Telkom customer for over 8 years now and usually visit the store at Greenstone mall (the one between Game and Clicks) as the service there is really good. On Friday 05/11/21 I had the worst customer experience ever, I needed assistance on two simple queries, early upgrade on my cell phone contract and change my current month to month LTE data plan to the deal of the month. I therefore spoke to a consultant by the name of Sukhumbuso aka SK and he basically misinformed me with incorrect estimates and non-sensible change of package information, so I pointed this out and asked him to check/verify his advice on the Telkom customer sales system which he hadn’t used in the first place. He then got really abusive and began yelling and insulting me instead of assisting with the query, it was really scary and shocking. Some of his words were “I will train your mentality and show you the way out, you can only call the billing department for further assistance.” I asked to speak with the manager and he laughed and just ignored me. This is was such horrible and traumatising customer experience.
