Unprofessional Agents

<p>I have been waiting for 4 weekd for my cables to be fixed at home. Last week Wednesday I received a call from a lady named Pam who introduced her self as a Telkom employee. Pam assured me that a technician will be at my home on Thursday or Friday to fix the cable. I asked her if I could call her on this number should they not pitch & she said it was fine. </p> <p>I called Pam this morning around 9am to notify her that no one has come out yet to sort out my cable. To my suprise she was very rude & didnt seem to pay much attention to what I was even saying because she was having a conversation with someone else on another line. In a very arrogant tone she ask me "where did you get this number from" so I told her that she gave it to me. Then she spoke to someone else who probably informed her that they would send a technican to my house today. She was so rude that all the time she spoke to the other people, not once did she ask me to hold on. It does not suprise me that Telkom staff are so arragant & *********** because she even asked me if I live in Gauteng or Pretoria.</p>
