Unprofessional!!!
My name is Esmerelda Baatjies I've received a call from Selldirect/Telkom staff they offered me an upgrade for my contracts I have upgrade my tablet contract to the pocket wifi which I received in the first week of May I haven't used the pocket wifi or active it so they called me again for the upgrade of the mobile contact which they offered a Hisense u962 for R99 pm and she was going on about my great record with them and when she ask for my income she said she is going to speak to her manager and than she will come back to me until today she never called me back. Selldirect/Telkom can cancel everything I don't want anything from them they can get they pocket wifi .
