Unprofessional

Good morning as being a customer to the well known and professional company that we all get such good adverti*****ts from TELKOM.i am really disappointed and cannot believe that coming from such a well established and been around for such a long time cell phone provider that I can fall prey in what has happened to me

I have been a customer with telkom for years and have taken a new cell phone contract with telkom.i would like to go about telling how unprofessional your staff at the branch are and also the call centre.

I would appreciate it if you guys can please get all the recordings pulled out as being a South African citizen and given the notice of all my calls are been recordered .i have my rights to ask for them.i have made so many calls to you guys and was said from your call centre agents that there will be no problem and will debit at dates I have given .well it was done before and done again last month .I did call and tell call centre agent that monies will be in end of month stipulated the date 31st.How can you guys debit my account on 29th and charge me fees and tell me that my account will be suspended .due to the incompetence of past experience with guys .I have also recorded the last agent .

I would really appreciate it if someone could assist me and consider this matter urgent or will leave me no other choice but to take it up higher
