unprofesional poor service

I called numourous times to all numbers provided for assistance with wifi. I want to apply for wifi but looks like no one that works there seem to know what number to call. They gave me 3 different numbers. Everytime i speak to someone they say sorry this is not sales. They transfer me and no one answers. I spent R60 airtime and still no help received. If i look at all the complaints below it doesnt look like telkom cares about their customers. Very unprofesional
