Unproductive, no service delivery from Telkom

Rethink your data service provider when considering Telkom! I requested my Telkom adsl to be cancelled in October 2017 and am still struggling to get any service delivered by Telkom. Easy sign-up.... years of problems. Escalating requests, bunches of reference numbers issued to clients, recorded calls ... nice window dressing... NO service.
