Unpleasant service experience

I was recently 'assisted' at the Telkom branch in Stellenbosch Eikestad Mall. The representative that assisted me (LB5), was very unfriendly and seemed to be in a rush to get the transactions and my questions 'answered' in a rush to get done. There was no sense of enthusiasm nor a pleasant customer service experience at all while in the store. The representative wanted to get done, which was very rude and unprofessional. It seems like wearing no name badge and a COVID-19 prevention mask makes room for employees to be rude because they are unidentifiable.

Well, after that experience I have made up my mind to let my cellphone contract terminate in September and to visit another service provider for an uncapped package....or at least to visit another Telkom branch.
