Unpleasant service

Pathetic service from telkom. Telephone lines where ****** In January, contacted telkom about it, they responded saying that we will be migrated to a wireless line, it's now been 6 months and yet no feedback from any telkom agent. Plus in addition a few neighbours also had the same issue, but they were attended to and have been offered the wireless package, trying to understand why my package isn't delivered yet or migrated. Considering changing providers if nothing is done about it soon.
