Unpleasant experience from Telkom

I have a query about the contract I opened last year . There were to many glitches in it . My contract sim card was never registered neither was it working but I see on my bank statement you are debt R1177 for what for a sim card that never worked and my information that was leaked to Vodacom from one of your consultants and opened a new contract that I was not aware of and now I have case with Vodacom and with you guys . Please stop debt from my account .my personal information got leaked and my Telkom sim card never worked but you are in a hurry to debit my account on something that never worked for meaning that sim card . Fix your mess please because you are even messing up my credit score. Each time I called customer care I was told that you are having technical issues on Rica SIM cards up until to my surprise I find myself registered with Vodacom don't know how my information got leaked to Vodacom and was given a phone as a token of apology for not Rica my sim card only to find out that a ***** was committed and a contract was opened without my knowledge and my personal information was leaked.
