Unpaid refund

<p>I have since been waiting to be contacted for my refund by telkom its been two weeks now.nothing happened. I had to pay R700 for the month of January on a contract that expired and cancellation was requested. Watch out for telkom contracts. they never expired they even.over charge you.my monthly premium was R400 and had to pay for handset and expensive data because my contract was mistakenly not terminated</p>
