unpaid fee amount refunded and correct statement balance

my agreement with telkom is for the to debit my account on the 25th of each month. telkom then decided to debit my account on the 24th i was then charged an amount of unpaid fee of 146.27 which i want it refunded back into my account as this is not my fault on the 25th funds were available in my account , secondly i received my statement for this month and i was charged 2500 inclusive of last month installment of which i paid. can i please get the correct statement before the end of business today
