Unpaid claim since 23 January 2023

I have been waiting on Yumna claim handler since 23 January 2023 to respond to my claim 101662. I have been calling everyday to the call center and I spoke with different agencies Linda, Yolanda promising that this will be sorted even today I spoke with Aphiwe who also promised that I will get a call back. It's been 3 weeks and every time I must call no one has bother to call me back. Another thing I just found out they have been deducting twice. I am very disappointed with their service.
