UNNECESSARY WAITING PERIOD AND PATHETIC SERVICE

My wife purchased a cell online and it was delivered to her work place last week Friday, since that day she has been calling Telkom to activate the sim and phone with no luck, today she calls again an she gets through to them and they tell her the sim n phone have been activated but she needs to wait 72 hrs AGAIN AFTER WAITING THE ENTIRE LONG WEEKEND WITHOUT A PHONE....
