Unnecessary money taken from me 2k!

Just got off a call with Nhlanhla nypmbe from customer care. They took over 2k from my account and when I asked why he couldn’t help me because it’s not showing on his side yet which is understandable. Then I asked by when will it show he said next week only. Who has 2k to throw around? I have debt orders I must pay. So I asked if I can speak to a manager and he said no, there’s no manger to speak to? How is that possible? How unprofessional. And now I must wait over a week to find out why my money was taken?!!! Worst part is the guy was getting annoyed on the call.
