Unnecessary Fees

Please refer to ref no ********** 6 whereby I was charged an unnecessary call out fee for a line that was intermittent from 9 October to 12 November and not working at all from 12 November to 22 November when a technician by the name of Ezekiel fixed the line. In the first place I get charged an unnecessary fee to fix a line that was not working and then get billed for the full month and previous month despite logging many different calls with reference numbers????
