UNLIMITEDhome order not confirmed

Placed an order for UNLIMITEDhome. Not possible to track status and if the order is confirmed for more than a week. Call centre takes > 10 minutes to answer and then can't help as their system is offline. So you have a company promising to put you online but they are offline....
