Data keeps running out and receiving \ur internet access has been suspended\" msgs.<br> I contact the call centre and they tell me I'm not on contract but month to month.<br> How is that possible when I signed the contract Dec 2015 and receive a bill every month, with unlimited data til end March 2016? And yes, I'm aware of the 15Ggb fair usage policy, even then the service is only supposed to be throttled, not paused or suspended. We never even use close to that.<br> This is the num *** my fiance uses and is paid for but keeps running out of data!!<br> PLEASE FIX THIS.I am tired of struggling with the same thing every single month."
