Unlimited LTE now limited?

Telkom marketed uncapped lte broadband on a 24 month contract aimed at unlimited streaming.

Towers to be limited to 150 users to ensure acceptable user experience. Less than 6 months into contract Telkom now threatens all users via sms with an AUP.

P2p torrenting is already throttled to 50gb FUP and all accept this as this service is aimed at streaming or so it was marketed and understood by all.

Telkom now throttling users to kbps after 250gb thus capping users de facto.
Total breach of contract because Telkom stated no throttling (now users being throttled to unusable speeds) for streaming and thus de facto capping users.
Welcome back old helkom? No lessons learnt it seems?
