Unlimited LTE deal

I recently had the absolute misfortune of being duped into a Telkom product. It is supposed to give you unlimited internet browsing and streaming capabilities at (LTE) 90Mb/s, with a 50GB hard-cap on peer-to-peer downloads (such as piratebay.se and the rest). Part of the deal is that Telkom will come to your house and install a rooter booster to ensure optimal speed and connectivity. It is now more than two months later, and still no booster. I have been contacting them constantly and the normal turnaround time seems to be about two weeks before they respond to any queries. If being stuck on the phone for more than an hour at a time is your thing, then by all means, get yourself a Telkom product. Over and above the ********** service (this includes managers not understanding the products and support staff with no idea of how to assist customers), Telkom will only install the necessary equipment during office hours, which means, you as a hardworking individual will have to take leave to sit around and wait for them to come and do the installations. So, if you love to pay thousands of Rands for a product that doesn't work, Telkom is the place for you.
