Unlimited Data for 1st 6 months on Smart Plan 100

My 5Gb data contract for R99 per month came to an end about 2 weeks ago, and a lady called me to say there is a new contract of a 1Gb per month contract for R159 per month. I said I didn't want it, because if I took it, I will be paying more for much less data. Then she said this contract comes with unlimited data for the first 6 months. This sold me, and I told them that they may deliver the new cellphone. They also said that they will e-mail me a copy of the terms and conditions.<br> <br> I received the new cellphone and started using it. I had not received the T's and C's via mail. And after a couple of days, I was notified that I'm now out of bundle. At this point I contacted TELKOM, and this is now the first time I heard about a Fair Usage Policy. I now asked if I can listen to the recording of the sales pitch, to make sure if they did say something about fair usage, but now they say I can only request it through a lawyer.<br> <br> I complain to you, because this was a blatant lie from them, and I don't want others to fall into the same trap! If they had nothing to hide, they would have let me hear the recordings.
