Unlimited data

Purchased contract via sell direct call centre, was told unlimited data till end june 2016. Its 15/4/2016 and im out of data bcoz I have reached my limit and my internet speed has been reduced to zero. I keep getting out of bundle sms from telkom if I use any internet services and the call centre says I need to buy data if I want to go online. I've been trying to send an e.mail for the last 4 days now with no luck and i've been told that my \unlimited\" on net promo data bundle has been loaded on my account. If that is not false advertising then what is ? An sms from telkom : Please note that your Unlimited On Net Promo Data has been loaded, case ***4, please contact our call centre on 081180 for further assistance "
