Unlimited contract but No coverage phone nor data

Telkom cant assist but I am forced by a contract in which their in bridge of to pay religiously monthly. (Pine Ridge Witbank) ********** 786 There are now no signal not even the roaming works correctly in our area. Yet no alternative are available as there is no infrastructure. At their store ever person give a different story and I am lossing business daily. In order to make a phone call i must use petrol to drive outof ourarea in sit in the parking at a shopping centre or something. At the branch i am now told they cant allow me to cancel without a penalty fee. Consumer protection absolutely f ..all
