Unlimited calls to 1 fixed landline ****!!!

I upgraded in January and subscribed to Telkom mobile's Unlimited calls to 1 fixed landline. For 3 months everything was working fine then came April... They unsubscribed me to this function without my knowledge and my call limit as specified when the contract was drafted was never set up. So as you can imagine i get a lovely bill for this month. I am being billed for a fixed landline that was supposed to be free. I logged a call with customer care and went to the shop in Sandton 3 times. No one could tell me why I am being billed for a landline that was suppose to be free since I am paying for it with another option that they offer. This is highly disappointing that they charge you for something you never get. I demand that someone from Telkom contact me so we can sort this out!!
