Telkom takes your debt order and then they suspended your account. We went into a telkom branch and i said tbey can do anything. We call the call center and they scream at you for calling them. Then suddenly there is no one who can help you and it will take 7 to 14 working days to re activate. I really wish that the CEO of telkom come and stand in front me and and scream at me that like F... Bit... of the call center. I dare you. Very big mouth over a phone.
