********ly debited customer account and terrible experience

My wife had a terrible experience with Telkom, they debited her 9k and now they are refusing to sort her issue claiming their consultants made an error that she took another contract when she in fact didn’t. This very terrible experience I even advised her to leave this *********** service provider.
