********l deduction of my account

I got a call from telkom agent to sell me a phone and promised that I will get and sms to ensure that my application is approved and they will start debiting my account. I never got a call back or sms and i thought my application was not approved, to my surprise my account got debited on weekend. Today when i call them i hold for more than 40 minutes without getting help. I just want back my money and even if they try to take their contract i wont because it shows bad customer service.
