Telkom has been ********* in terms of their business practice as of late. They had not informed me that they had intended to withdraw their contract fee a day before its usually scheduled to go off, thereby sending my one account into overdraft which will ultimately incur cost to me. Absolutely unprofessional and sloppy as usually when that is done it is their duty to inform us as the client that it will be debited early. They should actually pay for the overdraft charge as what they had done is actually theft.
