Every month i receive my itc report from a very reputable company i try and keep my itc rating good because it is important to do so. so this company decides they would like to list me for something or either let me say for a service i have never used from them . telkom i have never used your services how on earth can you put an default on my name for something i know nothing of by law it says in any case that before you can put some ones name on its you need to notify them not even that was done. because suposingly i had a service from you which i did not you suppose to have my contact details to tell me about this. now i have been trying to get hold of someone that could help me with this but there is no number to phone to solve this problem. so telkom can you please inform me what you going to do about this problem because i am not going to leave it here
