******** deductions out of my bank account.

I am very disappointed in Telkom.

I took a 24 month contract, a Samsung J7 for R219 a month ago.

To my shock, I had to find out that Telkom had deducted R316 from my bank account on July 1, 2018 and again R597 and still had the nerve to send me an threatened SMS after the money was taken to suspend my services and let my name get listed on the Credit Bureau's which are really unreasonable.

I immediately seek answers and am already in the process of laying a complaint against them by the Ombudsman and SFB.
