I strongly suspect that I'm wasting my time here, but I guess that if it causes just one person to close their account with Telkom, then it's worth it. My problems are the same as all the others. They are virtually impossible to contact, they ********ly take money from clients' bank accounts. What is needed is to ********ly charge the CEO and have him serve a few months in prison for de*****ing customers. I think then that there may be a change in attitude!
