******** Debit Orders by Telkom

Hi, My Name is Teboho Ranketsi, ID No.***. I signed up for a modem with Telkom. They delivered two modems to my work address instead of one. I sent one modem back without even opening the package but that did not stop Telkom from billing me for two modems. I have been fillowing up on the matter to get Telkom to stop billing me for two modems for the past 12 months. Every time I call they say that the debit orders are cancelled but they keep taking the money anyways at the end of the month. I don't know what to do anymore I need help. I want to be refunded all the money that was ********ly debited from my account by Telkom mobile.
