******** Debit Orders

Telkom took money from my bank account over the last 3 months. The amount of the ******** debit order kept on getting bigger and bigger. It started with R99 in month 1 and increased to R765 in month 2 and now R864!!! When insisting on speaking to someone in the accounts department I got the reply that they cannot put me through as they do not have direct contact - only via email. What a load of nonsense! They are busy with ******** activities and it is totally unacceptable!!!
