I closed account number *** towards end of January as my contract was ending. Telkom confirmed they will take the last deduction end of Feb as it takes about 30days to cancel but end of march they deducted R23, i left it as i assumed maybe they had not deducted enough money end of Feb, now they have sent me a statement which will deduct R1008 end of April for a service i am not using. Could somebody please assist as i am unable to get ahold of anyone via their direct channels for assistance.
