I'm on a ADSL package of R780 for 4mb two Saturdays ago I upgraded at one of your roadside stops to a R800 10mb package. The saleslady was so friendly and everything. She's been giving me the run around and now your Messenger team tells me the order was never issued. And to top it all of you guys deducted R850 from my account for no reason!!ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING SERVICE
