******** business practices. Pathetic service

I am so ****ed and disappointed at the service provided by Telkom. I disputed the fact that im being charged payment rejection fees every month even though i make manual payments every single month. According to Telkom you can only pay manually 7 working days before the debit day however you will still be liable to pay rejection fees as payments reflect after 14 working days. Telkom is utterly ****. My debit day has always been on the 5th of every month and according to the useless illiterate agents at telkom the system shows the 31st of every month. I requested a change in debit date and the agent tells me i need to go to the store in order to do that. I will not pay any payment rejection fees because of telkoms *********** staff and stupid systems. Imagine payment reflecting in their account immediately however their systems pull it through after 14 business days. Telkom is a **** company and Icasa needs to sort this ******** business practices out immediately
