UNKNOWN TELKOM DEDUCTION

I am very disappointed by the service I received from telkom I wanted them to install a router for Wi-fi so they sent a courier to deliver a portable router so I told the delivery guy that they are delivering a wrong product as its not what I requested so they courier guy refused they said they are not allowed to take it back with them instead i should call telkom which i did and they said they will send another courier to collect and deliver the right product so they sent a courier to collect but did not deliver anything after that. 9 months after they started deducting money from my account.they deducted +/-R5400 when I called they said its for a phone which I never had or app**** for as I do not have any product from Telkom.What really frustrate me is that they deduct large amount of money of different amounts every month which cost me money to go to the bank to reverse the deduction. Please assit as I have tried solving the matter by going to branch and calling them but its not getting resolved
