Unknown subscriptions to my account

Telkom not addressing the dubious subscriptions added to my LTE can without my knowledge have been to their branches in Mall of the South and Southgate malls and I am not getting answer that makes sense, this has been happening for almost 3 months now.

Definitely cancelling my LTE and moving elsewhere..
