Unknown reason for 33.33% increase without warning

There has been a 34% increase in my billing rate per month between September this year and the months moving forward. Can this please be explained and corrected to the agreed rate of R199 per month.<br> <br> Im very concerned as there has also been no notice. Please advise as this is to be passed onto ICASA and the Consumer Ombud in the next week,.<br> <br> <br>
