Unknown monies owed.

Received September's account with an extra R900 added on. Lodged dispute 28/09/2015. <br> <br> Not one single time was I contacted by someone to explain what this amount was for, even after repeated attempts to phone the misnamed Customer Service Center and told repeated times this would be the case. <br> <br> Last night was told I was credited R700 bit still owed R200 for the mystery amount. Now my service had been suspended.<br> <br> Make no mistake, I am livid right now. Can someone please contact me and tell me what the hell is going on? Asking for a lot, but can this person at least be semi competent for a change?
